Our Website’s primary purpose is to connect yoga students like you to third party yoga teachers (“Third Party Teachers”). Every Third Party Teacher (and its agents and employees that have access to student information) that connects with students through Our Website is required by contract to maintain the confidentiality of information that you provide through our website that you would reasonably expect to remain private (specifically including student names and contact information and places for meeting students). When you request a session through Our Website, some information (like the size of class requested and the general geographic area where the session is requested) will be available to all Third Party Teachers that access Our Website. Once a session is confirmed with a particular Third Party Teacher, we will share additional information with them in order to coordinate the session, such as your name and the specific location of the session. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to share any information you provide through Our Website (excluding credit card or other payment source information) to Third Party Teachers at any time, which information will be subject to the confidentiality agreements we have with the Third Party Teachers.
