Cancellation policy

• Your deposit and all payments are non-refundable.
• If you cancel, amounts already paid are not returned, and remaining scheduled payments may still be due as described in the full terms.
• Booking reserves a spot we hold for you and decline to others. On a payment plan, each payment is due on its scheduled date; if a payment cannot be collected and remains unpaid for 7 days, the booking is in default and we may cancel your reservation without refund of amounts already paid.
• If we cancel the retreat for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund.
• Every retreat needs a minimum number of travelers to run. If we cancel because the minimum isn’t reached, everything you’ve paid is refunded in full.
• Excursions and activities are confirmed with local providers closer to the trip and may change; when that happens, we arrange a comparable alternative of similar value. A change of activity is not grounds for cancellation or a refund.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Each traveler signs a liability waiver confirming they understand the inherent risks of travel and yoga. We’ll send it after you book; by booking, you agree that everyone in your party signs it before joining any yoga classes or group activities.
